Lenas goda sås till ugnsbakad lax. (4 pers)

1 pkt djupfr spenat
1 finhackad gul lök
salt, peppar
1 tsk dragon
½ tsk italiensk salladskrydda
2 dl creme fraiche
½ påsa riven parmesan (men det blir godare om man river egen ost)
(jag brukar ta i pressad vitlök också det skadar aldrig)

Tina spenaten och låt den rinna av i durkslag. Fräs lök i smör i en kastrull. Krama ur spenaten och lägg i kastrullen, krydda och rör i crème fraich lite i taget. Koka upp, tillsätt ost och sjud i 1-2 minuter. Krydda gärna något mer än vad som anges i receptet.
