Fiskgryta (Eva)

4 port.

600 gr fiskfilé
½-1 tsk salt
1 krm svartpeppar
1 purjolök
smör
2 dl crème fraiche gourmet saffran & tomt
1 dl vatten
1 tomat

Dela fisken i portionsbitar, salta och peppra. Skär purjolöken i bitar.
Fräs i smör i en gryta. Tillsätt crème fraiche och vatten.
Lägg i fisken i såsen. Låt sjuda under lock i ca 5 min. Tärna och strö över tomaten. Låt bli varmt. Strö över gräslök.
Servera med kokt ris.
